Untangle the messy bit and work out what comes next
Maybe you know exactly what the problem is.
Maybe you’ve got seventeen tabs open in your business brain and no idea which one we need to look at first.
Either way, bring me the mess.
The Business Reset is a 90-minute strategy and coaching intensive to help you work out what’s actually going on, what matters now and what to do next.
Offers, marketing, direction, priorities, capacity, half-formed ideas, we’ll work through the bit that’s keeping you stuck or making the business harder than it needs to be.

“I was winging it and stuck in content chaos. In 90 minutes we mapped out my whole launch plan, and I doubled my workshop sign-ups goal.” — Sumi, DEI Consultant
When you’re too close to the problem, everything starts to look equally important
Maybe you’ve been circling the same issue for so long that you’ve lost all sense of what actually matters.
Maybe you’ve got five good ideas and can’t tell which one deserves your attention.
Maybe the business has changed and the strategy that got you here isn’t quite what you need next.
Or every attempt to figure it out ends with another list, twelve open tabs and somehow researching newsletter platforms.
You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you book.
Bring me the seventeen tabs.
We’ll work out what’s actually going on, what deserves your attention now and what can wait, so you can stop trying to solve everything at once.
What can we tackle in 90 minutes?
Your offers
Simplify, restructure or reposition what you’re selling, so you know what deserves your attention and what can stop competing for it.
Your marketing
Work out what’s actually earning the time and energy you’re putting into it, what isn’t, and where to focus next.
Your next move
Think through the launch, new service, pivot, price increase or idea you’ve been circling for three months, so you can make a decision and move.
Your business model
Zoom out when the way you’ve been running the business no longer fits your life, capacity, ambitions or next stage of growth.
Your systems and capacity
Find where the business is creating unnecessary work and what could be simplified, automated, outsourced or designed differently.
The giant pile of EVERYTHING
Can’t tell which category your problem is in? Totally fine.
Bring me the mess. We’ll work out what actually needs your attention first.
Leave knowing what you’re doing next
You won’t leave with a page of interesting thoughts and another list to sort out later.
We’ll get clear on:
What’s actually going on
Because the problem you arrive with isn’t always the one we end up solving.
What matters now
We’ll separate what’s genuinely important from the stuff shouting because it’s nearest to your face.
What you’re doing next
Specific decisions and next steps, in an order that makes sense.
What you’re deliberately not doing
Sometimes the quickest way to create capacity is to stop giving it to the wrong things.
Then we’ll pressure-test the plan against your real life, so you leave with something you can actually use, even if next Tuesday turns out to be a 40% day.
Here’s how it works
1. Tell me what’s going on
Once you book, you’ll get a short prep form covering what’s happening in the business, what you’ve been thinking about and what you’d love to leave the session knowing.
I’ll also ask how you work best and anything that would make the session more accessible or useful.
Brain dumps are extremely welcome.
2. We spend 90 minutes on your business
I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions, spot patterns you’re probably too close to see and help you separate the actual problem from the noise around it.
We’ll use strategy, coaching and practical problem-solving to work out what actually needs your attention.
And probably have at least one “Ohhhhh”
Those are usually useful.
3. You get your Reset Pack
Afterwards, I’ll send you the recording, notes, key decisions and a practical action plan.
So you don’t have to remember everything we talked about or panic-write notes while you’re trying to think.
4. You get a week of follow-up support
For seven days after your Reset, you can email me with questions, thoughts or something that made perfect sense during the session and now appears to have been written by an ancient civilisation.
Because sometimes you leave a strategy session READY TO GO and then Wednesday happens.
A Business Reset might be exactly what you need if...
You know something needs to change, but you’re too close to the business to see what.
You’ve got several possible directions and need to make an actual strategic decision.
Your business has outgrown the way you’ve been running it.
You want to grow, but “just work more” isn’t a particularly useful strategy.
Your marketing, offers or systems feel harder than they should.
Life has changed and the business hasn’t quite caught up.
You want someone who can hold the commercial goal and the human reality in the same conversation.
What can happen in 90 minutes?
“I knew what I should be doing, I just couldn’t seem to actually DO THE THING. Saloni helped me figure out what actually lit me up and leave with a plan that felt manageable.”
Lisa, Life Coach
“I left feeling lighter, clearer and excited about my business again. Within days I’d actually started doing the things we talked about!!”
Jaya, Copywriter
“Saloni helped me stop trying to do everything and focus on what actually mattered. In 90 minutes we achieved more than months of me trying to figure it out alone. Saloni made it doable.”
Zahrah, Private Tutor

You’ll get:
Pre-session strategy form
So I understand what’s happening before we get on the call and we can spend the session doing the useful bit.
90-minute private strategy + coaching session
Focused on untangling what’s going on, making decisions and working out what happens next.
Your personalised Reset Pack
Recording, notes, key decisions and a practical action plan, so you don’t have to hold the whole session in your head afterwards.
Seven days of email support
For the questions, wobbles and “wait, what did we decide about this?” moments that come up once you start putting things into practice.
You don’t have to wait until everything is on fire
A Business Reset can absolutely help when you’ve reached the I cannot see the wood for the seventeen fucking trees stage. But it’s just as useful when things are basically fine and you want another strategic brain on what comes next.
Maybe the business is growing. There’s an opportunity you want to think through. You’ve got a decision to make. Or something feels harder than it needs to and you’d quite like to sort it before you start resenting the entire business.
Sometimes the best time to get another brain on something is before it becomes an emergency.
Wild concept, I know.
Why bring your 17 tabs to me?
I’ve spent 18+ years working in marketing and strategy, alongside nearly a decade running my own business, and I’m an ICF-accredited coach.
So when we look at what’s going on, I’m thinking about both sides of the problem:
What makes sense for the business? And what can you realistically make work within your life?
Maybe we simplify something. Change the marketing. Sharpen an offer. Increase your prices. Build a better system. Get some support.
Maybe the goal is absolutely achievable and we just need a smarter route to it.
That’s the point of capacity-aware business strategy: keep the ambition, work with what’s real, and make better decisions from there.
You don’t need the perfect question or beautifully organised thoughts. Bring me the 17 tabs. We’ll work out what matters and what you actually do next.
