Digital Product Terms
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Saloni Chamberlain, including Make it Easier: Executive Function.
I’ve tried to write them like a normal human. They still form part of the agreement between us when you buy a product.
1. What you’re buying
Make it Easier: Executive Function is a self-led digital toolkit containing 23 practical, reusable coaching tools.
It is supplied digitally. No physical product will be sent to you.
The product description, price and what’s included will be shown on the sales and checkout pages before you buy.
2. Price and payment
The current price of Make it Easier: Executive Function is £39 as a one-off payment, unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly shown at the time of purchase.
There is no subscription or recurring payment unless this is explicitly stated before you buy.
Payment must be successfully completed before access is provided.
3. Access
You’ll normally receive access immediately after your purchase is completed.
The toolkit is currently delivered digitally using Google Drive and/or links provided after checkout.
If you’ve paid but can’t access your purchase, email me at saloni@salonichamberlain.com and I’ll help sort it out.
4. Immediate access and your right to cancel
UK consumers buying digital content online normally have a 14-day cancellation period. Legislation.gov.uk
However, I provide access to the toolkit immediately.
If you expressly ask for the digital content to be supplied during that 14-day period and acknowledge that you’ll lose your right to cancel once supply begins, your statutory cancellation right ends when access to the digital content begins. Legislation.gov.uk
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or you otherwise have rights under applicable consumer law.
5. Refunds
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, I don’t offer refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.
If there’s a technical problem, you receive the wrong product, the product is materially different from what was advertised, or you believe you have a statutory right to a remedy, please contact me.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Personal use
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the toolkit for your own personal and business use.
Please don’t:
share the toolkit or your access link with other people
upload the files to a shared resource library or membership
reproduce or resell the toolkit
use the materials to create a competing product
distribute copies to clients, colleagues or other businesses without my written permission
You’re welcome to use the tools yourself as often as you need.
If you want to use the toolkit within a team, programme or client setting, contact me and we can talk about the appropriate licence.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, frameworks, worksheets, copy and design within Make it Easier remain the intellectual property of Saloni Chamberlain.
Buying the toolkit gives you permission to use it. It doesn’t transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
8. What the toolkit is, and what it isn’t
Make it Easier is a business coaching and educational resource.
It is designed to help you reflect on executive-function friction and find practical ways to make running your business easier.
It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, therapy, legal advice or financial advice.
In particular, the Executive Function Check-in and toolkit do not diagnose ADHD or any other condition.
If you need medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
9. Results
I hope the toolkit is useful. I cannot promise a particular business, financial, productivity or personal outcome from using it.
How useful individual tools are will depend on your circumstances and how you choose to use them.
You remain responsible for decisions you make in your business.
10. Accessibility
The toolkit is delivered digitally, currently using Google Docs/Google Drive.
This allows you to use features such as zoom and your own device accessibility settings, and you can make a copy of the materials for your personal use.
If a reasonable format adjustment would make the toolkit easier for you to use, contact me at saloni@salonichamberlain.com and I’ll do my best to help.
11. Changes and availability
I may occasionally correct errors, improve formatting or update parts of the toolkit.
I may also change the platform or method used to deliver it, provided you continue to have reasonable access to the product you purchased.
I can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms such as Google, Kit or other technology providers.
If a platform change affects access materially, I’ll take reasonable steps to provide an alternative.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that, I’m not responsible for losses caused by decisions you make based on the toolkit, problems outside my reasonable control, or failures of third-party platforms that I couldn’t reasonably prevent.
These terms don’t affect your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the UK or have mandatory consumer protections in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights that apply regardless of this clause.
