Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how I, Saloni Chamberlain, collect, use and look after personal information when you use salonichamberlain.com, complete one of my assessments or forms, join my email list, buy a digital product or work with me.

I only collect information I actually need, and I don’t sell your personal information.

What information I collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

  • your name and email address

  • information you choose to give me through forms, questionnaires or assessments

  • your answers to the Executive Function Check-in and the result generated from those answers

  • information relating to purchases you make

  • correspondence you send me by email or through my website

  • basic technical and website-usage information, such as device, browser and pages visited, where this is collected through website or analytics tools

If you complete the Executive Function Check-in, your responses may include information about things like capacity, planning, focus, memory and how running your business currently feels. The check-in is not a medical or diagnostic assessment.

How I use your information

I may use your information to:

  • provide the service, product, assessment or resource you’ve requested

  • calculate and send your Executive Function Check-in result

  • process purchases and give you access to products you’ve bought

  • respond to questions or enquiries

  • provide client services and support

  • keep records relating to transactions and my business

  • maintain and improve my website, products and services

  • send marketing emails where you’ve chosen to receive them

Completing the Executive Function Check-in does not automatically add you to my regular marketing emails.

If you choose to opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

My lawful bases for using your information

The lawful basis I rely on depends on what I’m using your information for.

I may process your information because:

It’s necessary to provide something you’ve requested.
For example, processing information needed to fulfil a purchase or provide a service.

I have a legitimate interest in running and improving my business.
For example, responding to an enquiry, providing your requested check-in result, maintaining business records or keeping my website secure.

You’ve given me consent.
I rely on consent where you choose to join my marketing email list or where consent is otherwise required.

I have a legal obligation.
For example, I may need to retain certain transaction or financial records for tax and accounting purposes.

The Executive Function Check-in

When you complete the Executive Function Check-in, I collect your answers and email address so I can calculate and send your personalised result.

Your responses are processed using tools including my website, Google services and Kit.

I may store information such as your assessment responses, primary result, secondary result and capacity-resilience result so that the correct result and follow-up information can be sent to you.

If you opt in to my marketing emails at the end of the assessment, that choice is recorded separately.

I do not use the assessment to diagnose ADHD or any other medical condition.

Who I share information with

I use trusted third-party services to run my business. Depending on how you interact with me, these may include:

  • Squarespace, which hosts my website

  • Kit, which I use for email communication, automations and digital-product sales

  • Google, including Google Sheets and Google Drive, which I use for parts of the assessment process and digital-product delivery

  • payment-processing providers used to process purchases

  • professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary to run my business

These providers may process information on my behalf under their own security and privacy arrangements.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards should be used in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

How long I keep your information

I only keep personal information for as long as I reasonably need it.

How long that is depends on why I collected it. For example:

  • marketing information may be kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it

  • purchase and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax and financial-recordkeeping rules

  • client information may be kept for a reasonable period after our work together in case it is needed for administration, support or legal purposes

  • assessment information may be kept while it is useful for providing your result, follow-up resources and understanding how the assessment is being used

I periodically review the information I hold and delete or anonymise information I no longer need.

Cookies

My website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, analytics and other features.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, you’ll be given the opportunity to make your choices through the website’s cookie controls.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights over your personal information. These can include the right to:

  • ask what personal information I hold about you

  • ask for incorrect information to be corrected

  • ask for information to be deleted in certain circumstances

  • object to or restrict certain uses of your information

  • withdraw consent where I rely on consent

  • receive certain information in a portable format

  • complain about how your information is being used

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
