I want everyone to come to the party and have a good time.
Accessibility and inclusion is really important to me.
For me, it’s like being invited to a party but you get there and there’s nothing for you to eat. Or you can’t even get in because you’ve only been given half the address.
I want to create a space for everyone to come as they are and feel proud and safe to be themselves. I’m aware that the online small business space isn’t always the most diverse or welcoming and that’s not the kind of party I want to host or be a part of.
Here’s what I plan to do to make that happen:
I’ve worked with a DEI Consultant to ensure my services have inclusion, equity and diversity built in from the ground up.
I won’t tolerate any discriminatory behaviour, and I will always prioritise the person being harmed, even if that means removing someone from the membership.
I will always defer to what you tell me you need as your lived experience.
I’ve tested my website for accessibility but it’s a work in progress and I’m working on making it as accessible as possible.
I have enabled closed captions in Zoom, and there are closed captions enabled for any Facebook lives. Additionally, the information that I give will also include inclusion/accessibility information to the best of my ability.
The main way The Content Catapult is delivered is through email. Additional software required is Zoom for fortnightly co-working sessions. Plus, in the Handy Hub, you’ll find documents created in the Google suite and Canva.

I know that the journey of a small business owner can be demanding, especially when you’re responsible for marketing, accounting, product development, IT support, customer services, and so much more. You’re juggling multiple roles, and the pressure to succeed is leaving you shivering like you’ve got Mr Freeze on your tail.
But what if healthy work-life balance, self-compassion, and stress management weren’t just nice-to-haves but essential tools for your success? Coz, well, they are.
Mental health and wellbeing are really important to me, and I want The Content Catapult to make you feel less overwhelmed, not give you more things to do.

Who’s The Content Catapult for?
Small business owners who are confident and comfortable with organising your own marketing. There will be lots of tools, tips, techniques - plus actual templates and guides that I use with my 1-2-1 clients.
All of the the templates will be on Canva and in Google Docs/Sheets.
You’re probably already doing a pretty good job with your marketing but you’re overwhelmed or not getting the results that you want. Or just want to streamline things with strategy but need a helping hand with direction. Or you're just starting out and it seems like you need to be dancing on TikTok, writing daily emails, and hosting weekly webinars and where do people find the time???
Who’s The Content Catapult not for?
If you’re looking for your marketing to be done for you, this isn’t for you. There will be lots of direction and guidance but it’s very much a DIY set up. Although if you go for the higher tier with the 1:1 Strategy Session each month, that does give you a bit more input and guidance from me. But still, very much a you thing.

I'm Saloni, loni for short. I'm a digital marketing strategist and small business coach with over 15 years of marketing strategy experience.
I've worked with big and little brands all over the world, but my absolute favourite thing is supporting small businesses and solopreneurs to kick overwhelm out of their marketing.
When you're a one-person-band, delivering services, balancing the books, mastering the marketing and wearing 800 hats can get really heavy, and really hot, leading to burnout and resentment of the bits of your business that you're not such a fan of.
I'm here for a bit of cheerleading, hand-holding, and a reminder that you don't have to wear all of those hats alone.
